Who we are

Quill TC provides real-estate transaction coordination services. We process information about the parties to a real-estate transaction — agents, buyers, and sellers — solely to coordinate that transaction: preparing and routing documents, tracking deadlines, and communicating with the parties involved.

Information we collect

We collect contact details (name, email address, phone number), transaction details (property address, contract terms, transaction documents), and communications sent to or from our coordination addresses and phone numbers. This information comes from the purchase contract, from onboarding forms completed by you or your agent, and from your communications with us.

Text messaging

With your express opt-in — given by you when you submit your own number on a Quill TC consent or onboarding form — we send transaction-related text messages: document requests, signature reminders, deadline notices, and status updates — and receive your replies. Phone numbers that reach us another way (for example, in a purchase contract or from your agent) are stored as contact records but are not texted unless you opt in. Message frequency varies with transaction activity; typically a few messages per week during an active transaction. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for assistance.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except as necessary to deliver messages through our messaging service providers.

How we share information

We share transaction information only as needed to coordinate your transaction — with the parties to the transaction, their agents and brokers, escrow and title companies, lenders, and the service providers we use to operate (document signing, email and text delivery, and secure data hosting). We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

Retention and security

Transaction records are retained as required by real-estate record-keeping obligations and then deleted or anonymized. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with access limited to authorized personnel.
