Services

Quill TC provides administrative transaction coordination services for real-estate transactions. Quill TC is not a real-estate broker, law firm, or lender, and does not provide legal, brokerage, or financial advice. All contractual decisions remain with the parties and their licensed representatives.

SMS messaging program

Quill TC sends text messages only to individuals who have opted in themselves — by submitting their mobile number with express consent on a Quill TC consent or onboarding form. A phone number appearing in a purchase contract or provided by a third party is not consent and is never texted. Opted-in participants receive transaction-related messages, including document requests, signature reminders, deadline notices, and status updates, and may take part in two-way text conversation about their transaction.

• Message frequency varies with transaction activity; typically a few messages per week during an active transaction.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact bryce@quill.tc.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our services only in connection with bona fide real-estate transactions and to provide accurate information. We may suspend service for misuse, unlawful activity, or abuse of our communication channels.

Disclaimers

Services are provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quill TC disclaims implied warranties and limits its aggregate liability to the fees paid for the affected transaction's coordination services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
