Quill TC uses two voluntary web-form opt-in paths. Buyers and sellers use a private consent link emailed by Quill TC. Represented-side agents use their private onboarding form. The SMS fields and disclosure appear exactly as shown below; neither person has to opt in to receive Quill TC services.
Buyer or seller consent form

The agent can leave the mobile field and checkbox blank and still finish onboarding.
Buyer and seller consent is recorded with a timestamp, the submitted number, and the exact wording version shown. Agent onboarding records the submitted number and consent timestamp. Phone numbers appearing in transaction documents are stored but are never texted without this opt-in. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
